In addition to our open course progamme, we offer both tailored and fully customised training packages, specific to your needs. Depending on your requirements, these can range from modified versions of our open courses to fully personalised earning programmes.

Tailored and custom courses can be delivered on your site or at a venue of your choice. They are highly effective in a range of situations:

  • Subject, situation or problem specific courses to enable management tackle priority issues or deliver firm-wide initiatives
  • Company or Group specific courses for a range of staff - tailored to your needs, culture and “way of doing things”

NBTailored courses will usually save you money by comparison with our open course programme if you have six or more delegates. For smaller numbers we can often provide cost-effective tutorial sessions on a less formal basis.

Fully customised programme design

Some clients have requirements that can best be met by entirely new programmes. We design and deliver programmes ranging from a single, specialised course to an extensive, multi-level education and development programme including a range of interventions delivered in collaboration between our own tutors and the clients staff or even over the web.

An example of this is the Through-life Bill of Material Management programme that we designed and delivered for BAE Systems. Here we designed an entirely new set of content to explain the sophisticated ideas that lay behind an advanced new set of processes for managing product data throughout the design, development, production, in-service support and post-service disposal of military aircraft.

We worked closely with an e-learning provider to deliver a powerful blended programme with common themes, graphics and animations shared between the face-to-face sessions and a supporting e-learning package.
